The people and company are lovely. It is an eye pleasing building, clean and modern inside, you will be welcomed at once. There are gates and it is by appointment only. Victoria , along with most of BCs cities, has a homeless population with open drug use and with almost anywhere in downtown Victoria when I went for my appointment there were people injecting drugs two doorways up this complex. I am not bothered by this as I work in mental health, so it did not affect my appointment or realizing the good people I was seeing for my legal matters. However I could see it being a deterrent for some, in which case just phone when you have arrived and I'm sure you could be greeted if it makes a difference for you. Lovely kind professional service.
