Satinder Boparai is a civil and criminal litigator with a broad practice in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, construction litigation, estate litigation, aboriginal law, criminal law, family law, professional negligence, administrative law, and regulatory matters.
Satinder has successfully represented clients before all levels of Courts in India, and a variety of administrative and regulatory tribunals. He is also experienced in resolving disputes outside of the courtroom.
He focuses on effectively advancing his clients’ interests and providing legal advice that is practical, transparent, and proactive.
Prior to joining Lextegic Law Corporation, he practiced as a criminal defence lawyer and a Civil litigator in India for 7 years (2013-2020), before relocating to Canada.
